wedding weekend!

Saturday August 10th

• GARDENING BRUNCH- 10am- 1pm : Please help us remember this weekend by taking part in planting our new garden. Come prepared to get a little dirty & feel free to bring your favorite perennial to join our collective garden at Hunter Honeysuckle Hideaway.

• CEREMONY REHEARSAL- 12pm. Katie, Steve, Sophia, Beth, Andrew, Reid, Judith, Quinn, Conner, Simone, Oliver.

• DIAMOND NOTCH FALLS HIKE (optional)- 4pm-6pm: West Kill is a great place to hike. Try out an easy-to-moderate hike to Diamond Notch Falls and back, or one of the many other nearby trails (trailheads at the end of Spruceton Road down from West Kill Brewing).

  • *pending how much wedding set-up tasks are left to do on the to do list, Steve and Katie may not partake in an officially sanctioned hike. Tho, we encourage you to enjoy the many many options available!

• RACE TO SAY I DO- TEAM MEETING- 5:30pm. Race Team only. At WEST KILL BREWING.

• WELCOME BREWS & FOOD- 6pm-8pm: West Kill Brewing (2173 Spruceton Road West Kill, NY) and food from our favorites at Jagerberg Beer Hall. [30 minute drive from Tannersville]

Sunday August 11th

• DRINKS & WELCOME- 5:30pm at Hunter Honeysuckle Hideaway (our home)- 6393 Main Street

• CEREMONY- 6:30pm

• BBQ & PARTY!- Wooooo! We’re married! Let’s party!

• AFTERPARTY- At 10/10:30pm we will continue the party over at MacGreggor’s in Hunter. Late night snacks will be served. Bar is cash only (FYI).

*If you are not listed on the van schedule, than we assume you are driving or walking to the house. If this isn’t correct, please let us know.

*If you plan to drive to the ceremony- you’re welcome to drop off at our circular driveway, but please park across the street at Tops and walk over to the house.

Monday August 12th

• NEWLYWED BREAKFAST- 10am-12pm at MAGGIE’S KROOKED CAFE, in downtown Tannersville.

All events are kid friendly. We love you & we love the tiny humans who follow you around!
